  • ha ha Julia ! Yes and I have the OLD cupboards to go with it !!!

It is bok choy and I have NEVER cooked with it. I can stir fry it and put it in soup right ??

This will make me step out of my box with cooking !!

  • Thanks for posting this we signing up for a trial! Yes Bok choy is great 2 stir fry with shrimp and in soup it doesn't shrink as Much!
  • Yeah!!

  • When I was planning my wedding 4 years ago, I did Farm Fresh to You too! I loved them so much!
  • I didn't cook with bok choy either until I got my 1st CSA box. My favorite was stir fry! mmmmmm YUM!

There is this sauce at TJ's that I would use called 5 spice.. I would add a little bit of that and DH (who HATES veggies) even thought it was good.

  • I'm so intrigued by the idea of this! I think that my and DH's pickiness would lead to way too much waste to make it worthwhile.

I hope you'll continue to share what you get and what you do with it.  You know I love to talk and see all things food related ;)
