I am 9 weeks 3 days today. I have never been pregnant so this is extremely new and uncharted territory for me. I can't get in to see my obgyn for the first timeuntil the 19th. So naturally all I do is worry. Long story short some days I have crazy nausea, some fatigue, and sore boobs. Days like today nada. My rational thinking tells me I'm ok and everything is fine. My anxiety thinks oh my god this it there's something wrong. Advice? Wisdom? Please?

Re: anxious

  • I can relate to you big time!! I am in the same boat as you, some days I have no symptoms and other days very tired, sore breasts etc. this is also my first pregnancy so I have no idea what's normal and what's not. However I did have an OB appointment 10 days ago and alas there was a flutter!! Try not to stress to much, things sound normal!! But you are definitely not alone!!!

  • I am with you on this, and I have a history of multiple miscarriage to fuel my anxiety. I'm a little over 9w now, and my nausea, heartburn, and sore breasts seem to be getting better...which is of course freaking me out. I had a dream last night that the doc couldn't find the baby on theultrasound anymore....so that made for a rough night. Thank God I'm seeing the doc today...fingers crossed. As difficult as it is, the only thing I find that helps is making a conscious effort to stay even and focus on other things. I just tell myself that, unless there is cramping and bleeding, the baby is still in the fight.

  • Thank you ladies so much! It helps to hear I'm not alone or crazy. :)
  • I needed this thread right now! I'm making myself go crazy. I'm 6 weeks today and won't get an ultrasound until 8 weeks. I have had a missed miscarriage before and I just keep playing over crazy scenarios in my head about this pregnancy.
