No luck with bottle and binky!

Little girl is being a poop when it comes to taking a bootle (BM) and a binky. I realize some babies don't like the binky, but ds loved it and it made life easy for us.  He would go to sleep on his own, etc.  She spits out the bottle too.  Any suggestions?

    have u tried the playtex ortho-pro latex paci?  this was the only one my DD would take at first.  i EBF.  she was very against taking the paci and bottle and only wanted the boob.  i tried many many times.  once i turned on some white noise and put her in the swing when she got really fussy she finally took the paci and started sucking, i took the paci out and stuck the bottle in.  she kept right on sucking.  now she takes the paci and the bottle.
