sex/arousal cramping

I have noticed that with any kind of sexual arousal it starts getting sore feeling down there and I start cramping. Is this normal? And has anyone else experienced this? I feel bad sometimes because when I actually am in the mood and we start fooling around it starts hurting and I loose all interest. And tmi I know but I can't even take care of things myself anymore, it just doesn't "work". Anyone else experiencing that?
