They still have lots of room to move at this stage. My baby turned from feet down to head down at 28wks 4days. It only gets concerning later on when they are so squished for room that they have difficulty moving.
Baby is flipping between breech, transverse and head up most weeks and I'm 31w now. Don't stress about it til the doctors do around 36weeks as pp have said there's plenty of room to move.
If at 36 weeks you're still breech, google spinning babies, there are some exercises there. Alternatively, get cleaning the floor - being on hands and knees is supposed to help.
Your baby will more than likely turn on its own. When I was 27 weeks my girl was still breech but when I went for my ultrasound this Monday at 28 weeks and 6 days they said she had flipped.
Your baby could flip around many more times. You could try to get them to flip head down, and they could just go right back. You still have 13 weeks left, now is not the time to worry about it. Doctors don't get concerned until the last few weeks.
you really have nothing to worry about at this point, baby still has a lot of room to flip. Once your further along and if baby is still breech check out www.spinningbabies.com They have exercises and positions you can do to encourage baby to flip. You could start them now too but baby could still flip back because he/she has lots of room to maneuver still.
I'm in the same boat at 28w 3d and my midwife said now was the time to start gently encouraging baby to flip. No harm in starting to do a few exercises from spinning babies and definitely spending time on hands and knees!
Ditto what everyone else said about not worrying, but also....baby can still flip even when you're in labor. A breech baby means nothing at this point.
