Symptoms disappearing?

i am 7 w 2 days and the only symptom I have is my sore boobs. I don't feel overly tired anymore and I am not having the cramping feel (which the dr said is just the stretching uterus.). I did already see the heartbeat at 6 w 1 day. Is anyone else going through this?

    Hi, yes I feel a little the same, I read a lot...not sure if it's a good thing and there are a lot of facts around saying "you should be peeing more" and "cravings" and " morning sickness" stuff...but like you besides my breasts being sore and I'm a little more tired....I have no other symptoms. I saw my OB a week ago and there was a tiny flutter- I could hardly see it, but she said all was well...so I guess we just go with that? Maybe we should count ourselves lucky that we aren't spending half the day hugging the toilet bowl?

    I'm 6w2d and I haven't had any cramping the last two days. No morning sickness either, just sore breasts and a little tired (but not sure if that's from the pregnancy, work, or depression).

    Im 6 weeks and i have no symptoms besides fatigue. I dont have an appt until 8-9 weeks for an ultrasound and i have an appt tomorrow to have bloodwork to confirm. Im going to ask if ita normal not to have any symptoms. Its actually worrying me to be honest

    I'm 7w1d and have had the same experience! I felt super tired and kind of nauseous last week but this week I'm feeling totally normal. I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks and saw the flutter and everything was good. But I'd be lying if I wasn't slightly nervous about feeling so great this week.

    I went through this and found it to be totally normal. Symptoms will come and go throughout pregnancy.

    I am also very nervous feeling this good, it doesn't seem normal and the worst bit is I have to wait for another 4 weeks when I will be 12w before my next US...I fear that something could go wrong. It's a very anxious time that's for sure!!

    I'm 10w1d and this has been a very different pregnancy from my first.. With my daughter it seemed I had every symptom there was... Now nothing. At my 7 week u/s I swore there was nothing in there.. Sure enough baby and heartbeat! Don't worry, everything is most likely just fine.
