What are some things your Surrogate/Carrier does to make you feel closer?

My IPs are in Europe and won't be here until June.  I need some ideas of things to do to make them feel involved.  I send a weekly email update with a photo, and a photo whenever we are doing something fun or I think about it.  What do your surrogates/carriers do for you?
Mommy to 5, 1st time Gestational Carrier
Transfers #1-4  2013/2014 all same DE, all CP
Transfer #5 11/16/14, new DE, transferred two fresh 5-day blasts
Beta  9dp5dt - 296     Beta 15dp5dt - 6,596!     TWINS!! due 8/4/15
Admitted to hospital for preterm labor and 5cm dilated at 32 + 6
Delivered healthy baby girls vaginally at 36 + 4
Baby A 6lb10oz born at 11:58pm
Baby B 6lb11oz born at 12:04am
(different birthdays!)

    We texted a lot with our GC from day one. She sent us pix & then video when DD started moving around. Just keep the lines of communication open. Our GC always referred to baby as our little girl too.

    @CinciSurro that must be tough.  Our Surro is a close family friend and doesn't live far away, so I am fortunate that I get to attend all of her doctor appointments.  We text a few times a week and talk maybe every week or so and we have been at each other's family celebrations.
