in May 2015 Moms
Okay I'm just past 27 weeks and today have been having lots of pressure in my downstairs. And cramping feeling. I know its probably braxton hix. Have been having them already off and on. But today's are stronger and accompanied by pressure in my um backdoor? and lower back. Anyone know if this is normal or should I call my ob?

    Hmm could be the baby dropped? I think I would call if it has been happening for a while, and you think it might be contractions. Drink extra water, I had some early contractions and found out I was really dehydrated.
    Just my advice, but I'm just going from experience.

    Wouldn't this be too soon for baby to drop? Ftm. So unsure about this stuff lol I will try drinking lots of water and see how I feel tomorrow :) if the same I'll call her :)

    I think for some women the baby can drop early like this? It doesn't mean you are going into labor but just the baby prepping. Who knows? I hope the pressure goes away. Does it come in waves?

    Its been pretty constant the last hour. Usually its in waves.. But the last hour its been constant lower back pressure, and the downstairs and backdoor pressure is in waves. Meh. I just hurt lol

    Ug sounds uncomfortable. Call in the morning if you are still feeling crummy.I'm sure the doc will have better explanations than me! Contractions are wave like I know that. Good luck.

    That happened to me and my ob told me to go in if I was having contractions every 5 min for an hour. If not then it should be fine. I ended up needing to just eat something and lie down and I felt better

    IUI #1 January '14-BFN
    IUI#2 February'14 cancelled due to not responding to Clomid
    IVF #1 cancelled 4/28/14 due to not responding to meds and not enough follicles
    IVF #2- BFP due May'15

    Same thing with me. Except the doctor told me it was just baby kicking/punching/doing something to my cervix.

    I called she had me take a hot bath and drink lots of water.. If it starts up again I will go in :) but seems to have slowed down now :)
