Im 25 weeks today and a FTM, and I haven't gained more then 5 lbs. I'm still wearing all my jeans and shirts and everything. I weight 120lbs - doctor says everything is perfect with the baby ... I just want a big belly
6 months yesterday and in reality there wasn't much of a belly till about 25 weeks, felt like I ballooned in the past 2 weeks. It will come ftms usually don't show as quickly so don't worry.

Yup. My bump was barely there one week, super obvious two weeks later. It was like it happened all at once. Patience, young Padawan
We don't need to know your weight, weight talk can be a little offensive to some. Also, every pregnancy is different so as long as your doctor isn't concerned, you shouldn't be either.

I am excited for the day when women take back Weight the way the LBGT+ community has taken back "queer." When we realize another woman's weight, and related health concerns, has zero to do with our own self worth.
You're not wrong. Not saying that, by any means. This just makes me sigh. F'ing weight and the BS baggage it carries for too many women.
Meanwhile, OP: my Dr said a similar thing when I had a concern about gaining too little weight. Baby is healthy weight, and my own poundage is irrelevant. You'll "pop" soon, and I hope you then get to enjoy every minute of it.
