  Same here. I'm 38w and 1d. Actually getting them right now. Hurt so bad. But yea Baby is low n hitting those spots. Try and relax and out ur feet up. Feel better

  Same.... I have had them for weeks....  They are the worst but I know it will all be worth it any day now!!

  Lightening crotch!.. It sucks, like a bolt of lightening being shoved in your vag! All normal and common at this stage of the game. Best of luck.

  It's from the baby pushing on nerves down there, it hurts like the dickens but it normal. Try soaking in the tub.

  Lightening crotch is the worse... I started that more severely several days ago. I'm 37 weeks... they say baby its baby getting lower pressing on nerves. Just means progress! It catches me off guard when I pee etc, it can really hurt. But it's a great sign ♡♡

  I've had it from 38 weeks.. I think it's where baby is starting to lower and engage. Doesn't mean labour is imminent, but does mean it's not too far away.. Your body is doing the right thing getting ready. GL x
