  Yep. I describe it as lightning pain. From what I read the 2nd trimester our mammary glands are practicing for producing milk. We may even leak!

  Omg! They hurt so bad! And it just comes out of nowhere! And they do leak sometimes. I used a warm compress on my nipple and massaged them a little but honestly they are still so sore! Hoping they get better since I'm on 20 weeks

  I get like a pricking sensation on the outter area of my boob, feels sharp quick and painful... Glad to know that's what it is!

  Oh man I hate it... It was my right nipple all the time ... Now its my left too... I don't know what to do with myself when it happens...feels like my nipple is going to split open...no leaking YET...oh what fun

  It's uncomfortable for the shower water to hit them. They are so sensitive.

  Had to bring this back, I am having the WORST nipple pain. They are like chapped and so sore from being in the maternity bra all day. I'm using Lansinoh as recommended but holy moly, FTM is suffering over here!!

  I rub a bit of coco butter on them (nipples) after I shower. The boob pain I've accepted as a second trimester symptom. What happened to the daily symptoms thread anyway?
