stm but my son was born 7 years ago. I'm so amazed at all the new baby products out now. Video monitors! Baby food processors! Its like a new world. I have my heart set on the mamaroo. It looks amazing! Any other new products out there you think are must haves or just plain cool??
Re: Must Have Baby Products?
For me, having a pnp and bouncy chair on both levels was a life saver.
I love my video monitor even now bc I can tell if she is truely awake or just fussing with a chance of falling back to sleep.
Franco Paul born 6/4/15 at 39 weeks. Mila Francesca born 10/19/13 at 37 weeks. Both born via C-Section after 6 years of fertility treatments, disappointments and losses. Love them!!
- Agree with A+A blankets.
- Agree with bouncy chairs. It's how I took a shower!
- A way to baby wear. There are a lot of great ones out there but I liked the Moby wrap for NB and the Baby Bjorn for after. Hands free, especially out and about, is priceless. DD strongly preferred to face out, which the BB can do, and the bad rep it has gotten is totally unfounded.
- Washable bamboo nipple pads. I sprayed all over the place when I was BFing and would've soaked many a shirt!
- A diaper bag with a changing pad included has been handy and well-used. We have the Skip Hop Duo in black and love it.
- We have a video monitor that hooks up to Wifi and we have an app on our phones instead of a separate monitor to carry around. It's a nice-to-have but not a must IMO.
- Early on, DD took her best nap of the day in a swing. It was a gift and I wouldn't have purchased one, again not a must IMO.
I'm not sure how many of these are new since your DS was born though...
Maybe more so for me than the baby! Haha they look so cool!
