MONDAY BITCH FEST

It's Monday! Turned 37 weeks today, first of all WHAT THE HELL is a winter melon? Very random choice of fruit there, Bump people. And second - I ate too much Nutella and rye bread too quickly and now I'm too full. That was two hours ago. Not feeling great on the dog walk, think I'll just hurl everywhere! Without wishing baby out too soon, I just want to meet him/her now and get my body back!

    I ordered dresser knobs for my son's nursery a month ago and they are still not here! I got them off of Etsy and I have been in contact with the shop but they are so slow to respond. I'm getting impatient and seriously considering asking for a refund and canceling. The only reason I'm not is that they are hand painted and match his decor perfectly and I really like them. I'm crossing my fingers and giving them another couple weeks.

    My sister leaves her dog at my parents' house because she is in school. My parents leave the dog in a cage basically all the time because it pees. I hate that they treat their animals like that and I'm always vocal about it. My sister won't take the dog to school with her because her boyfriend doesn't like it... So this poor dog sits in a cage all the time and doesn't they any loving. Why do people think this is ok?!

    At 37 weeks (tomorrow), I'm as worried now about stillbirth as I was about miscarriage in the first trimester. The baby is moving a lot, and everything looks good, so it's completely unfounded. What the hell is up with my nerves?

    Plus, baby is transverse, so it looks like I'll end up with a Caesarian, and I am NOT looking forward to that recovery. *sigh*

    Omg..i sooo hate it when you order multiple things on line from the store and they ship them different times..so no i have 2 different packages to wait for.. just great

    I am freaking out for my OB appointment at 3est today. I am finding out if I am being induced so I am a ball of nerves.
    I am having a horrible pain in my left side too and my head is killing me. I am just really ready to be on leave!

    Haha! I'm in the same boat! I finally ordered everything I felt like I still needed for baby yesterday and there's two shipments. The worst for a nesting mom!

    It's a normal to have this fear. I was great at 37 weeks too and ended up having an emergency csection at 39 weeks cause babys vitals started to drop and we almost lost him. Hope this doesn't happen with you. Just take it easy drink lots of water and make sure your eating a balanced diet. Hugs mama

    @secretbaba today is our due date and the fruit is a JACKFRUIT!? What in the world is that? I don't think they sell that at my grocery store, maybe I'll swing by and check while I'm anxiously waiting for any signs of labor lol

    I don't really have any Monday complaints at the moment other than all the calls, texts, and Facebook messages asking how things are going and if the baby is coming soon.

    Both of my sisters-in-law are having baby showers in a few weeks. One is 2.5 hours from me and being held at 5 pm. Uh, no. Don't do that. I'm not going: I'll have a newborn and a 2 year old out after dark in the car for hours...sound like a good idea?? Plus, they included a note with lots of requests: fill out this paper with advice, mail or bring a baby photo, bring diapers for a raffle, don't forget gift receipts...geez people! Too complicated. I get it all, it's just too much.

    I just want a place to nap at work.  Like the pods they have at Google.  I can barely make it through a work day any more, especially since I get up a bajillion times a night and I don't remember what a full night of sleep is.

    38w 3d and getting more anxious by the minute. My nesting and OCD is driving not only H crazy but me crazy too!!!
    My friend is getting married in October and she wants to go bridesmaid dress shopping, which is fine but I had to explain I would not be trying on or purchasing a dress anytime soon. She's had the balls to be like so next month then??? Um no and not the next month either...

    For god's sake I can't finish a post to save my life - helping my mood swings of course! @noodlienoodles is Paulo dog friendly so you could walk the pups together? My patience has been so low this last 9 months I'm very impressed you've kept your cool with them!

    No! Paulo is awful with other dogs and he's even had a spat with this one already. :(

    Oh that's such a shame the poor little thing - our Cleo can be a bit choosy about who she spends her time with @noodlienoodles I'd find that so annoying of your family! Sometimes I prefer the company of dogs

    Some people just don't treat their animals like part of the family. I didn't grow up in my mom's house, and my dad and stepmom taught me better. For that, I am thankful.

    I think Paulo is just too much of a princess (yes he's a boy) to share me with other dogs.

    People who call me at 7 am!! Why!? Im heavily pregnant and don't sleep at night, why call me so early!? It's my off week with my children, so i crunch sleep in when i can.

    I'm 39 + 2 today and feeling so miserable. It's too cold to be outside here so I went to the mall to walk around and it makes me so uncomfortable because my belly is so big and I feel like everyone stares and wants to comment. This is my second baby and I had to be induced at 41+ weeks with my first. According to my LMP, due date was last Wednesday so I already feel overdue. At my last appointment, cervix was very high and not dilated. I've been off work for weeks already and just so so uncomfortable and miserable. Really really hoping something happens soon!

    37w + 4d and my hips and tailbone are killing me. Otherwise there are no signs of this baby coming out anytime soon so I feel that I am doomed to waddle around with a shifty pelvis and lightening crotch for the next 3-5 weeks.

    This little guy better love me!

    I'm 39 weeks and man am I ready to get this baby out of me too. I'm done work now but not even really enjoying it because I'm so uncomfortable. It's also been SO COLD in canada for the past month which is driving me nuts!! This final stretch is tough!!

    FTM, due March 21st.  Went to the doctor a little over week ago at 36 weeks, he told me I was already 50% effaced, so I got excited about how I was progressing.  Then this passed Saturday at my 37 week appointment, I saw the other doctor (my doctors practice partner) since mine was on call at the hospital.  When he checked my cervix he said that my regular doctor was being slightly generous when he said 50%, and that there were no changes and I was still closed and "tight as a drum".  I was so upset, really?? NO PROGRESSION AT ALL???  I know I'm almost there (which people can please stop reminding me, thank you very much), but it feels like this baby will never get here!!  I'm sooo sick of being pregnant and just want her to be here already!

    I had a drs appt earlier and the dr wasn't comfortable with how quickly my contractions were coming along so she sent me to the birthing center. I was monitored for 4 hours before the other dr came in and told me she wanted me to go home and come back Wednesday morning for my c section. Seriously?!?! 36 hours away and you can't just admit me?! Get me all excited that I'm going to meet my little guy today and then crush it?! UGH
