Good evening. Hemorrhoids, anyone?

So, my butt bleeds sometimes. Not often, doesn't ever hurt, and no sign of external rhoids. It's definitely from my butt. It's not blood in the stool. It seems like tell-tale Hemorrhoids. Awesome. I'm a nurse, and like any good nurse, I'll likely ignore it for now. Just wondering if/when you guys got your rhoids. And, if they actually hurt...

    Mine are the huge! Luckily they don't bleed or hurt! Just big and gross!

    I have internal ones that bleed and hurt and small external ones that don't bother me much. Witch hazel and makeup pads next to the toilet save me daily. Time to start a bowel regime...colace and miralax!

    I got my first last week. Mine was gigantic, and hurt like a MF. It bled a little after each BM. I used prep H and Tucks wipes, and now it's all good.

    I had horrible hemorrhoids that formed blood clots. Worst pain of my life. I had to have them cut open and drained....I really hope you dont share my experience. The struggle is real!

    I too have a delicate asshole. Pushing for 2 1/2 hours with my first has never allowed my rose and butterfly expeller to be the same. I will need to find these magic wipes that Banker is talking about.

    Um I was about to start testing for everything from IBS to Crohns when I got BFP so a good bloody asshole is nothin new. Tucks and baby wipes are an angry anus's bff.

    I have a nice big external one. It doesn't bother me and will probably be there until after the babies come out because I'm pretty sure it's just from being massively pregnant, not constipated.

    My sister had internal ones, they bled occasionally for her. I personally have always had IBS so when I bled a little the other day I was praying it was that and not the first sign of hemorrhoids. I don't need to deal with both.

    I think the best remedy is regular flushable wipes followed up with preparation H ointment. The ointment also acts a little like a lubricant for the next load that needs bearing. I had huge ones with my first. This time around copious, and more copious amounts of water plus using wet wipes for every poo has made a huge difference.

    I'm 12 weeks pp and just had my first case of hemorrhoids. Is there something that happens in child birth that makes us more vulnerable to them now, from this point on? I thought because I didn't get them right after birth, I was in the clear.
