Need advice! 37+ 3 weeks

I have a dull back ache and gas like cramps in my lower belly. I get these sharp pains through my vagina and sometimes upper belly plus diarhea. I have been trying different positions and doesn't help.. What's happening

You're pregnant. Unfortunately things just get worse the longer it goes. If these are the only problems you've had so far, be thankful. You're lucky. I'm 38 weeks and I haven't slept for months due to reflux, nausea, vomiting, leg, pelvic, and back pain, and a constant stuffy nose that makes it impossible to breathe while laying down. Hang in there, you're almost done.
