I'm feeling nervous! My back has been aching the last couple days off and on, kind of how it used to feel before I started my period. Does anyone else feel this? It's not cramping just back ache. I'm 15w4d.

I'm 16w and have had a backache for 3 weeks now. OB said it was normal and suggested a heating pad.

I'm having some severe back issues. I have never experienced anything like this. Heating pad is my go to right now. Hope you find some relief soon.

I'm alternating heat and ice. And lots of stretching each morning and evening

I've heard it's normal due to the Relaxin hormone. Also your SI joint can be affected.
