First Appointment

im too excited to wait 4 more weeks! I had an appointment for a regular visit schedule for what turned out to be 8 weeks but when I called in to tell the OB that I got a BFP the scheduler told me that I should push it a few days to 9 weeks and because this is my first I took her advise but now I'm wishing I didnt. How do you all deal with waiting for the first appointment? Should I call and try to get old appointment back?

    Oh waiting is the worst. I can't get in till 11 weeks, but I'm having a scan at 7. I'm so impatient to know that everything's ok! I don't think it will matter for your ongoing care whether you go at 8 or 9 weeks, but if it makes you feel more comfortable then I say go for it!
