Help!
I have been exclusively breast feeding since my baby came early on Dec. 26th. She was diagnosed a month in with severe gastric reflux so they made me add cereal to her breast milk. I still pumped but had to use a bottle to feed her. My milk supply began to drop so I started to take Mothers Milk Tea, and the Dr. also prescribed Reglan to me. I didn't really see any difference in milk, and I continued to pump less and less. Where I was getting around 5-6 oz per breast, I'm now only able to get 3-4 combined when I pump every 4 hours a day.
I got up this morning and my period came back after 2 months from the baby was born.

I don't know what to do. If I try to pump more, say, every two hours from now on will the period go away? Will I stop producing milk all together with my period coming?
I need advice! I'm panicking.
Re: EBF, 2 month from birth period came back?!
Some women do get their periods back early on, but sometimes you can have some late post-partum bleeding. Anything within the first 8 weeks can still be considered PP bleeding. I had some bleeding for a few days right at 8 weeks with my last (#3) and AF never returned until 10 months. There's no issue to continue to BF after your period comes back. My LO is 22 months, and I'm every 28 days like clockwork, but don't have any issue with milk supply. If you are having supply issues, I would up the pumping to every 3 hours to hopefully boost the supply. You can do this!

You seem to me like you are pumping enough. When I pumped every 3 hours I output 5-6 oz total on average (2-3oz per breast). The best way to increase supply is eat and drink well and pump more frequently. Also double check that you are getting proper suction with your pump. Some pump parts (diaphragms) wear out after 2-3 months.
