Holy cow this sucks. I think her behavior has regressed 5 months. Short naps. Falling asleep while rocking. Wanting to sit and cuddle (this is just atypical for her, she is never still!). Right now she is face in cuddling in the ergo, still and quiet but awake. That hasn't happened... Maybe ever :( we're definitely not sleeping tonigh, ugggg.

    I'm so glad you posted this. I'm sorry you are dealing with a sad, hurting LO, but I've been wondering why my LO has been extra fussy and was waking up screaming last night. He would settle again if I rocked and snuggled him, but was awake again in a flash if I put him down. Read your post and looked in his mouth. Swollen gums where his molars will be. Poor little dude!
