  I prefer Benson over Baylor, but I live in Texas where Baylor University is a popular college. Not that it matters whatsoever, but I wouldn't pick either for a first name. Maybe Benson for a middle name?

  Sorry, but neither. They sound made up. Baylor sounds like it should be Taylor, and Benson sounds like it should just be Benjamin.
