Just found out...

 I just found out im pregnant with #2.  My son is 8 months so needless to say this was a bit of a shock.  I am only about 6-7 weeks pregnant.  When did you schedule your first appointment? And did you ladies experience any problems, pregnancy-wise, by having your babies so close?

    Congratulations!!! lurking from April 15 group. I have 2 already, a 2 1/2yr old DD and 15mo old DS. I found out I was pregnant with #2 when DD was 6 mos, and pregnant with #3 when DS was 8-9mos. Needless to say, I've experienced this twice now. I am 31wks with #3 and no problems either time with them being so close. When I had gone for my 6 week postpartum checkups I made sure with the doc that having kids so close wouldn't be a problem and hasn't been so far! Hope that gives you some comfort

    Oh, I would call by OB when I had a positive test, they'd ask about last period and schedule appt based on that
