We are doing yellow for the walls - want to keep most of the big stuff gender neutral in case we don't have all our children the same gender! I also love baby animals and will accent with some elephants, giraffes, zebras, etc. Probably pink accents for our baby girl.

We are doing elephants for boy or girl. Find out in two weeks, but we are going to do purple and gray for girl and blue and gray for a boy with hardwood floors.... Pottery barn kids has extremely cute elephant decorations. Including a rug/playmat..... And most of the stuff you can get embroidered also

Both girls are sharing a room. Since dd's room is purple and grey with some princess stuff, I'm going to keep that going. I ordered matching chevron sheets (some for dds big bed and some for the crib) and then for a splash of color, a teal bedskirt my cousin is going to custom make.
The only thing major I'm doing is a spent a chunk of change on a nice closet organizer. The closet in there is big but since it only has the one rod, there is a ton of wasted space. I've ordered it already but don't think its supposed to get here until next week.

We know we are having a boy. I am thinking gray and white mostly with navy accents. No real 'theme' I can think of though.

I am doing a children's book themed nursery. I am a huge reader and always give books as gifts to kids with children. I also read to step children all the time. I Stress The Importance Of Books And reading! I cannot wait!

Our nursery has a little chandelier in it too that I LOVE! It was there when we bought the house...we used a different bedroom for our first (boy) and I always said I hoped our next was a girl mainly because I would have been so sad to take down the chandelier (it is very girly)....obviously I would have been just as happy with a boy as long as baby is healthy, but I am not going to lie, I am super excited that the chandelier stays! BTW, check out Pottery Barn Kids nursery sets - they have a super cute gold dot one right now and I just adore the crib skirt with that set.

We didn't find out the sex with my daughter till she was born and had a gender neutral jungle animals theme in the nursery. We are leaving that alone since we aren't finding out again and transitioned her a month or so ago to her new room that is more girly - cherry blossoms and birds. I gotta say it feels weird to only be 16 weeks and truly not need to do anything except maybe replace a few bibs/towels, buy a few sleepers/onesies, and get a double stroller and decide on what kind of carrier I want to use. The gender neutral thing has seriously made life a lot less stressful this time around which is good cause I have such crazy little free time anymore.

We aren't finding out what we are having so we went with a color scheme instead of an actual theme. We are doing navy and white and framing old nursery rhyme sheet music to hang on the walls. Once the baby is born I'll probably bring in some pink accents if it's a girl and red if it's a boy.

If it's a boy- aviation theme
If it's a girl- safari theme. Or maybe ocean theme

We are not doing a nursery this time. We live in a 2 bedroom and our son currently has the 2nd bedroom. This baby will be in our room for at least 6 months to a year. We will re-use the crib and changing table from our son in our room, but get new crib sheets/blankets, change pad cover and some bins hamper etc that are girly :) we will either move to a larger 3 bedroom in a couple years, or have them share a neutral space for a bit (currently our sons room is black and white- which works too).

I just ordered this set! I'm in love with it (online at least...it's back ordered). Doing black, white/gold, and a touch of blush!

We didn't find out gender and decided on a wanderlust/travel/map themed room. The main color is going to be a spa blue color with an accent wall of grey. My husband who doesn't get very excited over much is really keyed up to paint and do some craft (gasp!) projects for the nursery!

I saw that! I loved the ruffle one and went on to check it out, and then I saw the gold polka dot! I'm in a bit of a predicament now ;)

We aren't doing a nursery right now, since the baby will be in our room for the first year.  My 9yr olds room will be converted into a room for this baby, when we are done adding onto the house (we are expanding our oldest's room since they want to share a room). Our daughters room is pink, brown, and turquoise with light beige walls. Eventually, the older boys room will be blue, so we are thinking a light gray with accent colors for this baby whenever he/she finally makes the transition...
