I went in for a 34-week check and repeat ultrasound today. It turns out that the doctor wanted a repeat ultrasound today because of low fluid levels on the last one, not the cyst! As far as the cyst goes, he basically said that it looks like an ovarian cyst but we can't confirm until after the baby is born, so what's the point in worrying about it? True. Fluid levels are back to normal this week too. I also had a non-stress test, which was fine. My blood pressure is still hanging out right around 140/90. It's not high enough to induce, but high enough to have me on weekly visits to keep checking for pre-eclampsia.
Drink drink drink your water! it helps keep those fluid levels up the best you can. As you near your due date and if you go over sometimes there is nothing you can do to replenish the fluid...its like your body is like "hey I should have had this baby by now why should I be making more fluid". But until then stay super hydrated

Ha ha. So, the funny thing is, at the visit last week (with low fluid levels), I remember giving my urine sample, looking at the color, and going "whoa, I'm dehydrated." Then I made a point to increase my fluid intake. At the follow-up this week, the fluid levels were fine. That was without me even knowing the levels were low last week.
