Bladder infection

Hi , has anyone suffered from a bladder infection while pregnant , what did u take for it ?

    My dr gave me macrodantin for what they thought may be the start of one, so put me on it as a preventive.

    Keflex but you need to call your dr for it...don't have someone call it in for you.

    I used macrobid as well and it worked great. Mine took a while to clear up but macrobid is safe for pregnancy and I didnt really have any side affects from it. Bladder infections from what I hear are not an unusual thing during pregnancy, but if it gets treated early enough it shouldn't be a problem

    I don't remember the name of it, but I took antibiotics prescribed to me to get rid of it, very low dose and pregnancy-safe. My advice to you is to see a doctor ASAP so they can give you the proper treatment, I wouldn't try to go with OTC solutions.
