Extreme dizziness

So the nausea has subsided a lot, but the past two days I've been so very dizzy! I mean to the extreme, room spinning, feeling totally drunk type of dizzy! I read that it's because more and more of your blood supply is diverted to uterus and baby, so the blood pressure can drop dramatically, but could also be a sign of iron deficiency? Has anyone else experienced this?

It's so annoying because my work involves building 3d cad models for architects, and just looking at the screen and spinning the models around gives me vertigo and I have to stop working :/

I am experiencing the same thing here :((
I feel terrible (last night, while sleeping "my bed spun all the time  ) .

I work as an interpreter, and I had a pregnant client who had the same issue. They recommended her some iron supplements after they took some blood tests from her. I guess I should also get a checkup. :-S

  • I have this when I get up in the morning along with nausea. Totally sucks!
  • This is my 7th pregnancy and have been dizzy with each one. My first was the hardest because I was under weight when I started the pregnancy. I felt like it was always a race to eat enough to make it stop. I always end up taking extra iron and it helps but the constipation sucks
  • Oh my! Me too! I can no longer drive myself places over an hour and a half. I will definitely be telling the dr. @6kidscount‌ holy crap! Number 7! You are a pro at pregnancy!lol. Go you! :D
  • Experiencing dizziness over hear as well. It's hard to handle. Hope everyone feels better soon!
  • Keep fruit nearby to snack on. Your blood sugar could be dropping. My last pregnancy I kept having fainting spells from not eating often enough. Keep cheese nuts and fruit and snack on it through the day. If that doesn't work then get in to see the doctor. Good luck. Just a head's up. I'm now having to eat every hour to keep from fainting spells. It's worse with each pregnancy unfortunately. ...

  • Drink a TON of water! A glass an hour for every hour your awake. And make sure to take your iron prenatal vits...I have had this for the past few days and the dr wasn't very happy with me not drinking enough!
