FET end of October 2014 cancelled due to fluid in uterus due to possible c-scar defect
Surgery scheduled 12/12/14 to fix possible isthmocele
3/26/15 transferred one 8 cell grade 4 embryo and one 6 cell grade 3 embryo = slow rising betas for 2+ weeks = ectopic MTX shot 4/29/15
Repeat c-scar surgery June 2015
2nd and last IVF cycle August 2015, stimmed for 12 days, 2 egg retrieved, both mature and both fertilized.  Transferred both 8-cell embryos on Day 3, beta 9/5/15 = BFFN
MOVING TO ADOPTION!

    AFM:

    1)  I'm proud of fitting in 3 good work outs over the 5 days we've been here.

    2)  The food in Florida is SO bad for you and I wasn't as good as I should have been :(

    3)  I've decided to give up weight watchers over the next 4 week until my FET and go for low carb.  My BFF does the KETO diet and looks amazing so I'm going for it!  Have to stay under 50 carbs a day but I can eat meat and full fat dairy, good fat like avocados, berries, veggies, and still have a little bit of wine :)

    Low carb!! Love it. I think I'm going to start low carb tomorrow. I haven't been that great at anything this week, and my weight hasn't gone down any. :(

    We can do this!! I just ate a box of pasta to fill me up for a few weeks

    So I guess I need to actually weight myself tomorrow? It won't be pretty. I am guessing I am up a lb or 2 in the last 2 weeks since I have last weighed in. I have been eating everything. SO much emotional eating with all the snow days.

    1. I did work out 3 times last week plus 2 decent shoveling sessions. 
    2. Food. I am all set. We went grocery shopping yesterday and I have healthy food for all 3 meals this week and lots of snacks. I should be good to go.
    3. As shown in #2, I have a meal plan. I just got home from Boot Camp and will try to hit up spin on Wednesday. I should be good for the week. I need to take this one week at a time or I go whole hog and eat everything in sight fearing that I will deprive myself.

    Kid #2 - maybe???
    Diagnosed with Severe Ashermans 
    Hysteroscopy #10 - scar tissue grew back reblocking my right tube
    #11 or IVF with scarring still inside?
    1 lone embryo from September 2016 retreival, dx with Trisomy 16, starting fresh

    I'm at the same weight. No lose but no gain. I'm ovulating and I always retain water like I'm on my period. @Frenchteachermama‌, do you need me to send you my weight since it's the same as last week?

    1. I'm proud that I'm able to stop eating when I'm full and not when all my food is gone.
    2. I haven't been exercising as much because my neck, arm and hand are bothering me really bad.
    3. Eating healthy, watching portions and exercising at least 5 days a week.

    I am having a DECAF grande SKINNY COCONUT MILK latte.  And I had a luna bar.  Good start to today, although coffee isn't as delicious as usual

    No, starbucks made it.  Not a huge fan of their coconut milk, but its better than regular milk which has been giving my tummy a sad recently.

    I had no idea they would make things with coconut milk!!!!!!!  First day on my no-carb diet and all I can think about it carbs.  Carbs carbs and more carbs :)
