I have undergone my first IFV treatment. And I thought that things were progressing well I got a BFP 10dpt. I was told to come in and have blood drawn so they could monitor my hcg levels. And even those were doubling like they should. But on the morning for my first scheduled u/s I started bleeding really heavy, and there were clots. I went in as scheduled, and they did the u/s the sac was still in tack. But his major concern was the bleeding. After the appointment.....they called and said that my hcg was still doubling, and that that wanted to switch me from the vaginal cream (Crinone) to the injectable progesterone oil to see if they could stabilize my uterus. Well yesterday the bleeding really slowed down, but the time I had gone to be it had even stopped. I wore a pad just in case...but I woke up this morning, and I am bleeding again. More so very light than I was yesterday, but I just have no idea what is going on, and it is really making me nervous. My ER wants to see me back in the office on Friday, and until then he wants me to limit my activities....

I don't know what to say either really, all I know is that its a good thing that they saw a sac. Did they see a yolk sac too? How far along are you? Bleeding is never good but it can happened and you can still go on to have a successful pregnancy. I know that progesterone won't stop a miscarriage if there is some sort of other problem with the pregnancy, but if you have low progesterone it will help .
