Hello ladies!!
Baby Anthony arrived on 2-15-15 at 12:05pm after approximately 24 hours of labor. I was 39w5d and he weighed in at 7lb8oz and 21in long
I started having intermittent contractions on Valentine's Day around noon. I was hoping to make it through 6pm bc DH was at his MBA class. Anthony obliged and my water broke at 9pm. I had a feeling it was coming. I went to lay in bed and I asked my husband to grab a towel for me to lay on. (I placed puppy pee pads under our fitted sheet the week prior just in case). And low and behold my water broke in no less than 5 minutes of me laying down.
Of course it was a bitter cold, snowstorm in NE Ohio. We arrived safely to the hospital around 10pm. My BP was elevated and they wouldn't check my dilation bc my water had broken & they said every time they checked would increase the risk of infection.
They were worried about possible pre-e, so they drew some bloodwork and gave me a straight catheter pre-epidural
it was not fun.
Got my epidural sometime later and labor started to stall around 8-8.5cm, so we started pitocin and by 10am I was ready to push. Pushed for 1hr53min. I was exhausted and swollen, but I couldn't imagine a better feeling. We are ecstatic!! (Exhausted but beyond happy and full of love)
Breastfeeding was a little tough at first bc it took my milk a good 4 days to come in. Had to supplement a little bit, but he's a great eater and he's gaining his birth weight back.
I have to say a huge thank you to all of you ladies! It's been quite the journey and I could not have done it without you.

September 2013 Repeat SA: Count= 1.7 million, Motility= 24%, Morphology= 2%
November 6th 1st Appointment with RE: diagnosed with severe MFI
Testing to try to determine a cause & possible treatment for MFI
CD 3 blood work for me. RE does not want to repeat my HSG/lap at this point,
but may want to before moving forward with any fertility treatments.
After seeing the uro, DH is currently taking lots of supplements and clomid to try to boost his count. We will have a repeat SA in February to see if it works.
Follow up SA numbers are: Count= 4 million, Motility= 40%, Morphology= 1%
Uro wants us to have another follow up SA 5/9 to see if we see further improvement than we are back to the RE to make a game plan.
SA 5/9/2014 Count: 12 Million, Motility: 60%, and Morphology 2%. We will be doing iui #1 in late June
IUI #1 6/28 clomid + ovidrel, post wash count 3 million total sperm= BFN
IUI # 2 7/21 clomid+ ovidrel. post wash count 900,000 total sperm= BFN
IVF planned for early November- cancelled due to cyst
December IVF #1- 22 eggs, 20 mature,16 fertilized
