I ate a bowl of cereal for dinner earlier because nothing else sounded very appealing lol... Now I'm starving! Any healthy 10 pm snack ideas ladies?! :P
These are my go-to snacks: String cheese, almonds, fruit, carrot sticks, peanut butter and celery, whole grain toast...oh, and cereal is my #1 LOVE but it doesn't keep me full for longer than 20 minutes so I've had to cut back and focus on nutritious food that is a little more hearty. Hang in there!
Even I hv the same problem.. I tried with glass of milk and three almonds ... And eat wheat based foods , like rotis and chappatis this will fill u....

I have been doing cereal.for dinner too, same reason nothing is appealing. I add a banana to my cheerios for a little extra umpf. I have been loving grapefruit, almonds mixed with raisens, or crunchy cliff bars and yogurt as my snacks.
Cereal with banana for dinner is my new fav! I am going through about 2 boxes of cereal a week right now because it's all I can stomach at dinner time!
I was gonna say add a banana. Cereal is one of the only things I can stomach right now. You could also eat a sliced apple with some peanut butter or almond butter.
Haha! I've been going through so much cereal too lol... AND peanut butter! Toast with PB, honey and banana has been a go-to snack of mine during the day when nothing else sounds good. I'm loving all the new snack ideas though, thank you!!
@Rhill30 wow! Those look and sound like a delicious treat!! Yum!! @MiromiM I eat oatmeal almost every morning for breakfast ;] I add granola and sometimes cashews to mine too. Great minds
