sinus relief? ?

13 weeks along. .. sooo miserable with a sinus cold..pressure. .very runny nose. . Can't sleep. I know most OTC are a no no... anyone know what I can take besides Tylenol? (And yes I called my ob....waiting for a response.) Just thought I'd ask fellow Mom's .

Yes, these are all the things I am using too. I also found a grape seed nasal moisturizing spray.

Thanks. ..but you Can NOT take sudafed while pregnant.

I'm in exactly the same boat as you, 13 weeks & all! I'm miserable ): the clogged nose causes a headache & the sore throat doesn't help the cough.

Definitely shouldn't take sudafed but the spray has been saving my life. Honey, as well! & lots of sleep of course
