New here...Intro

Hi ladies! I'm 35 y/o and pregnant with my 2nd baby. My DD is almost 2 and this little guy is due May 16 (scheduled c/s May 11). I started seeing a high risk OB 5 weeks ago based solely on my age. She did my a/s and said LO is huge and my fluid was 26 which apparently is on the high side. Last week, i saw her again and LO is now measuring 3-4 weeks ahead and my fluid is at 28. She said LO looks good, but because he's so big and the extra amniotic fluid, she's concerned about preterm labor. She's not mentioned bedrest, but i fear that's coming. Anyone have any experience with high fluids? I should mention, i don't have GD and i looked up high fluids on google which was dumb, dumb, dumb!

    I have elevated fluid levels but it's because of a developmental issue with the baby. I googled it too when they told me it would likely happen and from what it seems, there are so many causes to it. Have you had any other testing done, like an amnio or anything?
