when is your first doc appointment?

Hey mamas!

I'm pregnant with baby #2 and I'm just curious when your first doctors appointment is? We're using the same doctor we used with my first baby but she won't see me until I'm 9 weeks, which is what she did with my first and she doesn't do an ultrasound at the first appointment.

I remember with my last pregnancy we had considered switching doctors for personal reasons half way through my pregnancy but we never did bc there is only 2 ob's in our town.

Just curious what everyone else's doctors do at their first appointment.

    My first appt is between 8 & 9 weeks. I had a miscarriage last pregnancy, so i was hoping they would see me sooner, but nope!

    I have my first visit tomo I'm approximately 5w5d which will only be pregnancy confirmation and a pap and I'll schedule my ultrasound

    I will be out of town so I scheduled everything when I get back about 8-9 weeks :D

    My doc does the first visit between 6 and 8 weeks. My first appointment is next week Tuesday at 6 weeks 4 days. It was the same for my first.

    9 weeks! Same as with my last baby! My appointment is March 19th! I'm counting down the days!

    Did mine 6w6d, it was the confirmation appt, they did cultures since I already had a pap recently. I have a dating ultrasound tomorrow which is 7w4d.

    I haven't actually scheduled yet but they do between 8 and 10 weeks. first was at 10 last time around and I'm planning on doing the same this time :)

    Thanks girls. I'm extremely excited just wish my doc would see me sooner. Looks like some of you do go around 6 weeks.
