Anyone have this problem? My little one always turns her head to the right during sleep, and is starting to develop a flat spot. We have flipped her around in her cot, so that she would have to face left to face out, but she just faces the wall. We also try manually turning her head when she's asleep, but she just turns back. She has been to a chiropractor, no difference. What else can I try??
We've been dealing with this. I passively turn her head L gently with my hand. She now goes L and sleeps with head L. Interestingly, I found torticollis exercises on Pinterest. My pedi said she would recommend physical therapy if it's a problem at 4 mo.

This. Keep her off the back of her head.
