Some things take a while to take. Patience is the main part of this whole journey. Your body will switch gears from developing your tiny human to getting it out of your body at it's own pace - it took 9 months to get to this stage. Patience, patience, patience - relax, meditate etc. You're almost there.
My dr told me with my other kids sex, getting on your hands a knees scrubbing the floor!!..the next day when i went in to the dr i went from 0 to 2 dilated..
OP, I don't work in women's healthcare, but in nursing school we were taught that the prostaglandins in sperm can induce labor. That's really the only natural and safe thing I've ever heard of. March 4th is right around the corner , so try to sit tight. Baby will be here exactly when they are ready
I've heard that eating pineapple can induce labor.
I have read that pineapple can help the cervix to efface, but that it would take eating 5-6 whole pineapples at a time to get any effects..so I wouldn't count too much on that one!
Mama to Rowan Sebastian and baby boy coming in April!
That's what I have heard too @kevinbandkendrak I have so heard similar with the prostaglandins in sperm @Christina80xoxo . That it would take a lot because the concentration in sperm is way lower than the suppositories they use to induce. But if your man is up for the challenge then at the very least you had a good time right
Prenatal massage . They have special pressure points that can help get labour started. I tried that and sex and my water broke the next day with DD1. Good luck!

I tried all the "natural" ways to induce labor after I hit my due date with my first pregnancy and none of them worked. I think your baby will come when baby wants. I am due next week too and I have no signs of this baby coming anytime soon. I am just being patient and trying to stay busy so I don't focus on how my babies love to stay all cozied up in my belly past my due date.
Pineapple worked for me. I started eating fresh pineapple from my 38th week. Pineapple pineapple contains the enzyme bromelain, which is thought to weaken the cervix and stimulate uterine contractions. In this article they explained whether pineapple work or not. Walking worked for me :P I went to pick up stuff for tea from my butcher but picked up a few extra things, carried roughly 3kilos worth of stuff home take roughly 10 minutes. I also repaired my washing machine so getting up and down from the floor probably helped heaps
