No signs

I'm getting really concerned, today I am 4 weeks and 3 days. No pregnancy signs. A little cramping here and there, but nothing else. This is my first pregnancy so I don't know what to expect. Dr's appointment is not for another month. Anyone else not having any symptoms?

I'm not having too many. I've just had some period like cramps, a little brown discharge, & breast tenderness. I am 4 weeks, 3 days. I think it's just way too early to feel too much. You have to remember, most people don't even know at this point!

With my first I had no symptoms at all. It was hard to believe I was pregnant until I had my first ultrasound. With this pregnancy the only symptom I have had is bloating. Everyone is different, and don't be discouraged just because you are not having symptoms

4weeks 1 day today and my only symptom is acne. As said above, most people don't even know they are yet so I don't think there is anything to worry about. Enjoy the time because it sounds like the morning sickness is usually right around the corner. I took a 3rd test yesterday just because I was having a hard time beliveing that it was even true and my positive showed up much stronger than the 2 tests from the day before so I'm taking that as a good sign. Dr apt today to confirm and get referred to a new doc. Good luck with your pregnancy!

I'm about 6.5 weeks and have very little symptoms. Breast tenderness (not that bad) and I feel fuller quicker. I only eat about half of what I once did. I have noticed that I get out of breath easier. Overall I feel really good. It does concern me that I don't have more symptoms, but I had my first prenatal visit today and the NP did not seem to think this was a big deal.

I actually took another pg test (my 3rd) last night just to confirm that I still am, in fact, pregnant, because I feel almost normal.

I'm at five weeks today and still experiencing only minor symptoms. At a few days before four weeks, and a few after, I had cramping and some spotting-- doc said it was likely implantation bleeding, but it came after the BFP so go figure. Now, I don't have cramps but I do have sore breasts (and I went up a cup already, given how small chested I am that was pretty exciting!) and some sleepiness during the day.

Like Annika said, we're not safe yet. Nausea does apparently hit around week six and with all the talk about it I'm definitely feeling nervous for the onslaught.

The only symptoms I had at the very beginning were the minor cramps and acne, then around 6 weeks I started getting horrible morning sickness all day long

I'm 4w3d and have minor symptoms too. Just some breast soreness and a little dizziness. I woke up with a couple huge pimples today. Eww thank god for make up.

I am almost 7 weeks and no real symptoms... a tad bit of cramping and I'm tired (but can't really sleep)...I'm not showing because I already had a pooch...so fingers crossed the symptoms don't get worse(beside starting to look pregnant)

I'm 7+3 and haven't felt nauseous at all... It's a little unnerving, I agree, but I feel much better knowing many women actually never get sick - we probably don't hear it often because they're afraid of getting slapped by those who do!

I've also read that pre-pregnancy diet can affect morning sickness where people who eat more plant-based foods don't have it as bad. Either way, I'm trying to trust my body and just enjoy being able to enjoy the experience! Good luck!

4 weeks + 3 days for me, and no breast tenderness, very mild nausea, bloating has really decreased. I've had fatigue mostly, and some mild cramping, which I'm guessing is my uterus expanding. I also had some discharge today, which freaked me out, but it wasn't brown or pink, so I'm guessing it's Leukorhhea. I've known about my pregnancy for a little over a week, so I'm super freaked out about symptoms/no symptoms, miscarriage, etc. Trying so hard to relax and not worry, but it's hard.

I am 6 weeks today, and I am literally having the same problem. I have only had some irritability and moodiness and little bit of brown spotting. And I can't go for my ultrasound for another 2.5 weeks! Ugh! I know I shouldn't be wishing for sickness because some girls would kill to have it go away, but I just wish I would feel SOMETHING to know is real! And I have taken 3 home tests, one of which was AFTER my doctor confirmed it! I guess we should just be patient

I didn't have symptoms until about 5 weeks. Fatigue. Breast tenderness. Cramping. Bloating. Constipation. All kind of hit me at once!

With my first I never had any symptoms the entire pregnancy, not even Braxton hicks at the end. Eventually I had to pee more than usual because of space issues internally but that was it. Now with my second I'm nauseous & exhausted all day. Currently missing the first pregnancy no symptoms feeling.

i had a little cramping, but other than that? Nothing. My boobs hurt and i look like have a gut from being bloated, but that is about it

Im 8 weeks and 2 days and I barely notice any symptoms . I got mourning sickness for 2 days and now it has just been tender Breast but only to the touch .

I would be more concerned if you were having problems but you just might be blessed with an easy pregnancy. Maybe just for your own sanity look for one of those devices for home to listen to the pregnancy. I think a brand name might be sonoline They are 50 US dollars online.
