Bleeding and Worried

This is my first pregnancy and I'm due on Oct 22nd. From the time I found out I was spotting and then the next day I was Cramping and bleeding I went to the ER on the 18th and they took my hcg levels and it was only a 20. I stopped cramping altogether the next day and stopped bleeding for a day and my levels went up too 100 by the 20th. But I just started back up bleeding again :/ I don't know what to think now. No clotting but it is red. Doctors say there is nothing they can do at this point it's too early. Also have no symptoms. Anyone experience this before with positive results?

    I am in the same boat. Mine started this morning. Not heavy, no clots, and no cramps. I am calling my doctor tomorrow in hopes of some answers. I am 5 weeks 2 days and haven't even had a prenatal visit yet. My first appt is march 10, but I won't be able to wait that long

    I had some spotting last week at 5 weeks 5 days and went in for ultrasound and saw two heartbeats! Just had some more light pink spotting and again worried but have another ultrasound in the morning. Praying everything is ok for us all!

    Yeah its freaking me out because the doctors are saying there is no way to tell now because it's too early and my levels are so low that it most likely won't show up in an ultrasound.

    I was just wondering if I'm going through this alone, or if anyone else has the same and have had the same in the past and what do the outcomes look like?

    I think your hcg has to be up to at least 1000, sometimes even 2000 before they can even see the gestational sac in your uterus. I would request they keep checking hcg and get an internal ultrasound as soon as you can for peace of mind. There's nothing you can do if you're miscarrying unfortunately. But hopefully a scan once your beta is high enough will give you good news.
    I've had mc's before that started out with just a little bleeding, but quickly became really heavy bleeding with big clots. Prayers for you that all is ok!

    I woke up Monday night drenched in blood and thought I had lost the babies for sure. Went in for a scan and still had both heartbeats going strong but they found a 3cm blood clot in my uterus! I have been bleeding bright red since then and am so worried about my babies. Dr said there is nothing we can do but hope it passes or dissolves

    Fight to get seen I have bleeding i went to EPU two weeks ago she couldn't see the embryo and heart beat but told me I was about 5 weeks pregnant and that I had to go back in two weeks as they would be able to see more then. Today was the day she said the embryo has grown a little but still no heart beat! They have asked me to go back in a week to see but they can't confirm the pregnancy has failed for definite till next week.
