Insurance not paying for Pap Smear

At my 6 week PP visit my doctor did a pap smear. This was considered my yearly and I wouldn't need another till next year. My insurance covers routine paps at 100% but I got a bill for it! I contacted my insurance company and doctor about it. They are going to look into. If it gets recoded as routine I won't have to pay. But if the Dr. Office doesn't recode and resubmit it I will have to pay.
Has anyone else had a pap at their 6 week visit? Did the insurance cover it?

    I did, and I was under the impression that it was lumped with the visit I paid for under "comprehensive pregnancy" because I haven't been billed yet.

    I think the visit was covered under the maternity, but the lab work wasn't. My doctor's office sends the labs out and that is what I have been charged for. I hope I don't get charged for the visit too!
