I don't feel pregnant anymore **update in comments

I have not done an introduction on this board so please forgive me because I'm going through a really hard time I need some support. I am 7w1d, this Tuesday morning I had spotting and called my RE. They have me come in for an ultrasound, during which they only saw the gestational sac and yolk sac but no fetal pole. My beta that day was 29380. My brown spotting stopped Wednesday morning. I'm going back on Monday for a follow-up ultrasound. My RE said it could be too early even though that was not what I'd been told previously (my first u/s was scheduled for Wed 2-11). And now I just don't feel pregnant anymore, my breasts don't hurt, I'm not nauseous I just feel normal (except with a sinus/head/chest cold). Of course I've researched it to death, read multiple posts of people who have gone through the same thing but this is still so very difficult. If you are reading this please send up a prayer or a positive thought for us. I pray that we receive good news on Monday. Thank you.

    @hooligans4‌ it went well, we saw a baby with a heartbeat!! It's measuring a little behind at 6W2D so hopefully it can grow and catch up!

    @dukegirlsc‌ oh thank goodness.
    Seeing a baby and a heartbeat is so wonderful. Maybe you just had a late implanter. Are you having another scan soon to make sure all is on track?
