Chicken pox

Long story short.... I got shingles now my twins have the chicken pox. Anyone know what I can do to help them? Anyone dealt with this???

    Crap that sucks! I have no advice either :( I'm not sure if its better or worse for it to be happening so young! On one hand they are currently easier to control and may not scratch as much...on the other hand they have no idea what is going on and it has to be really hard for them and for you not being able to do anything! I'm sorry and I really hope this passes soon!

    Yuck! Hope you all get better soon. At least they have it over with now while they are little. Only advice is if they scab over do everything you can to not let them itch or pick at them. My sister has some bad scars from having chicken pox.

    Hope you and your girls get better soon! My sister and I had the chicken pox at the same time when we were little. But we were old enough to scratch :(
