Won't stop leaking!

Hi ladies, so I'm 30 week's and very familiar with colstrum since it started at 17 week's.. I've been using nursing pads and sleeping with a bra on and changing my bra regularly. But tonight it keeps producing more and is leaking through my bra and just won't stop! I'm starting to freak out I've even tried having a shower as I feel so sticky and gross is anyone going through this aswell?

    Nursing pads are your friends.  This problem isn't going to go away for a while.
