My husband and I haven't been buckling down, but we've been allowing pregnancy to happen for about a year and a half now with no results. I have had some late periods, but I end up starting and it just depresses me. I don't smoke, drink alcohol, or drink coffee, but I am a little overweight. My husband smokes but he has cut back tremendously on his Mountain Dew intake. Still nothing. What else can I do to try to make this future bundle of joy happen? Yes, we have sex regularly, especially when I'm ovulating. Just need some advice.
Also, I am currently 11 dpo and about 8 days ago, I had some super minor, but constant, cramping start and it lasted for three days. (Days 3 dpo-6 dpo) what could that be?
Thank you!
Re: Am I Doing Something Wrong?
Apps are crap unless they have a way for you to enter and chart your BBT. And your "body changes" are all secondary and may not be evidence of anything actually happening. Your body can gear up to O more than once in a month, but obviously you only ovulate once. Also, if you're talking about CM, you can get EWCM at any point in your cycle. As PP said, and I agree, you could be missing your window completely. However, since it's still been 18 months since you stopped preventing (even if you were just NTNP) I'd say it's time to see an RE.
