Party theme poll

So I guess we are having a party with all the family for dd's birthday (I knew dh would cave to his family's pressure). As much as I wanted a quiet birthday I'm trying to make the most of it by picking a fun theme, and since it's a snow day I've been searching Pinterest. I want the colors to be aqua, silver and a touch of either pink or purple. Which idea do you like best? (I'll try to post pictures in the comments)

    Well dh is now saying that he wants to have one, and it would be rude of me to not have one since everyone expects it and apparently he told everyone a date for it without telling me first, etc etc. Long story, and he and I are still hashing it out. I'm channeling my frustration into Pinterest searches until things are settled :)

    Eh, a lot can happen between now and the end of April. It seems premature to throw a hissy fit. And it's not like anyone is trying to be a jerk, just different opinions/points of view.

    Victorian is sooo cute, but I'd wait until she's 5 or 6 before doing something like that. I'd either go with stars or colors (colors seems like it'd be less of a hassle because you wouldn't have to really have to have a specific thing for every detail).

    I'd probably just go for colors for her 1st birthday. I love the stars theme, but may be she'll appreciate it better when she's older!

    I did colors for my son's first. It's also cherry blossum time in DC, so it would be easy to find cherry blossum themed treats if I wanted to incorporate those as the touch of pink with the colors
