sleep

Having a hard time sleeping. Especially when dd is sleeping. Can't seem to shut my mind off. Any suggestions?

    Reading helps me, and it doesn't have to be about the baby :smile:

    I heard that if you count backwards from 100 most people will fall asleep before 50. I have tried it twice and it worked like a charm! I got to 40something one time, but then I was out. The trick ia focusing only on counting, and not thinking about anything else. Good luck! Sleep is a very valuable resource.

    Don't bring your phone to bed! :) My worst nights are when I plan to spend "a few minutes online" with my phone — and suddenly it's 1 a.m.
