Holy pain in the arm

I do not remember the TdaP being so painful! I got it yesterday and I'm in agony!
I was sure to move a ton yesterday and the pain came on almost immediately anyways.
I can't find my heating pad so I've been icing it.
Any tips?

    No tips, but I'm with you. I got mine last Tuesday and it hurt for days!

    I had the GTT and the whooping cough vaccine one after the other and honestly the blood test hurts sooooo much I have no idea why. I'm just a wimp!

    I would put a bit of sudocrem and a dinosaur plaster on it... That always makes me feel better :D
