Hmmmmm... ok I guess. Unfortunetly comments like yours not mine are the ones that kinda sound rude. I just thought the baby bumps were cute not like I said "OMG so in so is huuuuge"... but point taken I suppose. My intentions are ALWAYS friendly and good. Sorry if I offened.

Yes. Well. Body comparisons are never ok. And it's your opinion that my comment is rude. Judging other people's bodies is, in reality, what's rude.

But in case that answer isn't good enough for you, imagine someone internally fixating because she's so worried, she hasn't gained as much weight as she thinks she should, and you tell her, "Oh my gosh! Your belly is so small!!!!" Her mind tells her she's doing something wrong, her baby isn't growing enough, and she starts worrying and comparing, afraid she's not taking good enough care of her child.

Don't compare bodies. Everyone is different. That's a good life rule, not just a good pregnancy rule.

I forget no one around here remembers what it was like when everyone cared about the other members of the community here. Enjoy your harmless comments, and remember how you think these comments are fine the next time some random in your real life asks you how much weight you've gained and if you're sure there is only one in there.

I get twin comments all the time and take them with good humor. I honestly forget how cranky some women are. Fyi a small bump doesnt mean an unhealthy pregnancy. My bumps been different all 4 times.

I don't think being considerate for others makes someone "cranky". To you having a small bump might mean nothing, but not everyone thinks that. Having a small bump CAN indicate that baby isn't growing enough and that there may be an issue. You're not a doctor so don't go telling people false information just because it wasn't the case for you.

Look at you jumping to conclusions. I never said it did. I'm sorry if my made up, purely explanatory scenario was too complex.

I honestly forgot how inconsiderate and incapable of accepting minor criticism some women are.

Again, people used to give a shit around here. It's a shame how shallow this place has become, but at least now someone is logging in often enough to argue with me.

This is rediculous, if you have a body image issue then don't post photos of yourself. I enjoy reading peoples post and pictures then it because catty bullshit of a harmless comment. Geez ladies, clearly some of you are way to sensitive and have far to much time on your hands.

A "harmless" comment to one may not be harmless to everyone. We are all in the end of our pregnancies. We are all hormonal. This should be kept in mind for everyone.
And it is rude to comment on someone's size, big or small, pregnant or not. This is why people don't ask others their pant size and why we don't discuss weight on here. Common courtesy.
