Oh These Hormones!!!

I'm 9w today with my very first pregnancy! For the past several weeks I have been crying over NOTHING! My poor husband, I burst our crying for no reason and he's just like, "what? Did I do something? Are you hurting? Why are you crying?" I really hate that the only explanation I have is "I don't know!" Are any of Y'all experiencing this? How do Y'all keep your emotions in check?

    I cried my whole way to work this morning and I still have no idea why! I cry during commericals, when my son does something cute - everything it's awful!! I'm pretty sure my husband thinks I'm a nut at this point lol!! I'm hoping the second trimester things will start to calm down a little.

    I cry for anything! A cartoon a commercial n then I start laughing at something stupid I feel like I'm crazy or something lololol

    Yes... Definitely. I cry sitting at the dinner table, for no good reason. My SO looks at me all confused and asks what is wrong and I just cry more. The other day he looked at me and asked if it was one of those crying for no reason moments or if something was really bothering me. Then I'm embarrassed which makes me cry more. Hopefully this will pass soon.

    Tears well up in my eyes over everything, although I am stubborn and try not to cry around people haha. Hopefully we can tone it down in the second trimester.
