I'm 9 1/2 weeks with minimal symptoms so feeling pretty good. I have moments where baby gives me a rude awakening! I get very dizzy in busy places, lose my breath from rushing about and I went back to the gym, slow gentle swim for 30mins, quick walk on the tread for 30 mins then a gentle wander around the woods with the dog, now all I want to do is sleep and hide under a duvet.
Does anyone else's little one give them "gentle" reminders?
Ps who said excersise is good?! Hahahaha
Re: Does anyone "forget"??
Yup, little reminders, strolling round a supermarket quite happily, and then have the urge to hurl my guts up, no smell, just a little 'reminder'.
Running the hoover around the house, thinking I can do the entire house, like I used to, nope, after room 2, my little 'reminder' kicks in, and my lower back aches...
it's wonderful, loving every minute of it, (even the sickness)
I haven't done a chore in like 3 weeks except empty the dishwasher. And @BubbaJones85 I haven't seen a gym in two months. You should both feel accomplished! If I get to the grocery store I'm psyched. And then I drive to Taco Bell hahaha
If I had my choice, I'd be lay on the couch all day snoozing, eating and......well farting. (really LOUD! might I add haha)
hubby gives me his suttle little reminders every now and then ......."coughs* so, err when do you reckon the carpet was last hoovered babe?"
My response is ...."I'll do it tomorrow luv" hehe
He's brill at doing the housework, (at weekends) just feel guilty when he's been in work for like 10 hours, I can't exactly pass him the Dyson when he comes in lol.
Although saying that I do feel a little accomplishment when I've sweated and puffed my way round with the hoover. Then I'm done for a while, maybe a few dishes later on and that's my lot.
And nearly passed out, I was so dizzy.
If there was ever a time to be hard on yourself, this is not it.
