skin rashes during pregnancy

I have these extremely small zit like red dots at the top of my belly. They aren't itchy or anything and everything I can find looking on the internet consists of itchy bumps. Any ideas of what this could be?

I have them also. My doctor said they are nothing to worry about, just another wonderful pregnancy thing that will go away.
