  I also have a tilted uterus but fortunately haven't had any pain from it. I know my midwife said that it should not impair my ability to have a vaginal birth

  I have that as well. Try switching between heat and ice on your back and maybe a warm bath. Doesn't take it away but it will help temporarily. I struggle with back pain even when I'm not pregnant so I know it is zero fun!

  I have this as well and had a perfect delivery with my first baby. I did have pretty intense back labor with her though. The only thing that really helps me is to lay flat on the floor and stretch everything out. Not a permanent fix but does help with some pain. Good luck!!

  I also have this but also have known about it for many years.. im 20+4 weeks and have been suffering a hell of alot of back pain in the last 6 weeks not really looking forward to what 30+ weeks are going to feel like but I find a hot bath and shower helps but doesn't last long

  I have known about my tilted uterus for years...I went in to my ob fort ridiculously painful ladytime cramps and possible endometriosis and she told me that was the cause. The best thing that has helped me is yoga to strengthen the muscles of your back in the long term, but I find that actually doing the poses and stretching when the pain is bad helps a lot. Maybe poke around on YouTube and find a prenatal yoga video that fits your skill/comfort level and try it out?
  
  The pain had definitely gotten worse with pregnancy though...yoga still helps but not as much as it used to. And Tylenol does nothing either, boo.

  I just posted about a tilted uterus before I saw this post. I, too, have been experiencing some low back pain after I'm up and moving around a lot... Sounds like it's going to get even tougher.

  I have a uterus tilted backwards.never had any pain but have had bleeding because of intercourse during pegnancy. all my babies are healthy tho.
