How do you know what you are having early?

I am 7w4d doctor visit was this past Tuesday. Everything went great I saw my little Angel & the heart beat

the heart beat rate was 125. My sister and boyfriend have this big argument going on about weather it's a boy or girl. My sister say because the heart rate is so low that its a boy. Can anyone else tell me what you think please

I agree, it's cute to guess, I did the Chinese gender and Ramsay. But OP, you can just guess and your odds are as good as these "tests" 50/50.

The only way to know this early is through blood testing. Sorry. Old midwives takes won't help you. Should a like your sister and her BF need to get a life.
